Parks

William Rhodes Island Park is located along the scenic Winnebago River. Here you can view the Fertile Dam as well as the Rhodes Mill, recognized as a national historic landmark.

Two shelter houses, a wood burning fireplace, and an original grinding stone from the mill, are the center pieces of this wonderful park.

Come spend a lazy afternoon seeing the sites, cooking over a wood fire, and fishing in one of the area’s best Walleye hot spots.

If you prefer more activity, our tennis court, basketball court, horseshoe pits, and playground equipment should suffice. Don’t forget to make it a picnic. Charcoal grills and picnic tables are also available for your enjoyment.
