Online Bill-Pay

The City of Fertile now offers Online Bill-Pay through PayPal. Please follow the instructions below: (You may want to print them for your reference.)

• Click the "PayPal" button.
  This will take you to your PayPal Shopping Cart.
  
  
• Enter the amount of your bill into the Quantity box (Round to the nearest dollar.)
  
  
• Click the "Update Cart" button.
  The Amount field will be calculated by multiplying Quantity times $1.00. Entering your bill amount in the Quantity box will correctly calculate your payment amount.
  
  
• Double check the Amount field (Re-do step 2-3 if the Amount Field is incorrect.
  
  
• Click the "Proceed to Checkout"> button.
  
  
• Next you will need to Login to your PayPal account, create a new PayPal account or chose the link to pay without a PayPal account.
  
  
• Once you are into the PayPal payments screen, enter the applicable information.
  
  
• IMPORTANT: Be sure to add your name to the "Special Instructions for the Merchant" field.
  
  
• Once your information has been entered, click the "Pay $ Now" button.
  
  
• You should then receive an email confirmation of your payment. If you do not receive a confirmation, your payment may not have been processed. Check your PayPal history to confirm payment, or call City Hall at 641-797-2121.
